Each session is 90 minutes and is charged per child attending - Adults are free, but must be accompanied by a child!

Sessions are Monday to Friday 9.15-10.45, 11.15-12.45, 13.15-14.45 and 15.15-17.15

We limit numbers each session to ensure that all of our Tiny Treasures get the opportunity to experience the imagination stations they want to and that there is plenty of space for accompanying grown ups too.

The toys in the imagination stations are aimed at young children primarily aged 3 to 7 years.  We welcome younger and older players but remind parents that additional care must be taken to ensure children are safely playing with our toys which are often real household / every day items and may contain loose parts.  Please remember to ensure your older Treasures are kind and caring towards younger children playing too.

We do have a few rules of play (we try to keep them to a minimum!) to ensure that our imagination stations remain happy and harmonious places to be.

Please do read the rules and help us by ensuring your Tiny Treasure follows them throughout their visit.

Tiny Treasure Town Rules for Children:

  • Remember to take off your shoes
  • No food or drinks in the play area
  • Be kind to other children
  • Look after the Tiny Treasure Town toys
  • Leave the Tiny Treasure Town toys at the centre for other children to enjoy
  • If you feel worried or unwell please tell your grown up.

Tiny Treasure Town Rules for Grown Ups:

  • All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when visiting the centre.
  • Please be kind and polite to the team and other centre users
  • Please do not bring unwell children to the centre.  Children should be clear of symptoms of tummy bugs or infectious disease for 48 hours before attending.  If you child becomes unwell during a session please take them away to protect other children from becoming unwell.
  • Please remove shoes before entering the play space - adults and children must wear socks
  • Please do not take any food or drinks in to the play area for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Please report any accidents or incidents to a team member immediately.
  • Please ensure that your children do not leave with any Tiny Treasure Town resources
  • Please leave prams / buggies in the designated areas, do not bring them in to the play area.
  • Please remember to leave promptly at the end of your session to help us prepare for the next session

FAQ's

Q: What time does the centre open?

A: The first session each day is from 9am

Q: Do I have to arrive on time?

A: No not at all, the sessions are 1 hour and 45 minute, we charge for 90 minutes to allow for time getting in and out.  You can come for as long, or as little time as you like within the session time.

Q: If I arrive late do I still get my full 90 minute play?

A: Our full session lengths are times to be 1 hour and 45 minutes, if you arrive within the first 15 minutes you will still get 90 minutes play.  If you arrive after this time you will receive a shorter play time because the session finish time is fixed to allow us to tidy up for the next session.

Q: Do I have to book?

A: You don’t have to book but entry is first come first served, if you haven’t booked you may not be able to attend the slot you wanted.

Q: What age does my child have to be to come to Tiny Treasure Town?

Our key age range is 2 years to 6 years.  However children are welcome as soon as their parents feel they will benefit from the sessions, there are no lower or upper age limits.  If your child will enjoy the centre they are welcome.  If your child is a little older, please help them to remember to be kind to small ones.

Q: Are babies catered for?

A: Younger babies coming with siblings are welcome.  We have changing facilities, bottle warming and a small soft play space for non mobile babies.

Q: Do you have food and drinks?

A: We offer light snacks, Cakes and a range of hot and cold drinks for adults and children.

Q: Do you accept card payments?

A: Yes we can accept cash or card at the centre.  Card purchases need to be over £5 though.

Q: Are there toilets?

A: Yes, we have Male, Female and Unisex disabled toilets.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Pre-booked tickets are non-refundable unless Tiny Treasure Town cancel the session.If you would like to transfer your booking to a different day this can be done with a minimum of 48 hours notice, cancellations within 48 hours cannot be refunded or transferred.

Q: Do I have to wear socks?

A: Yes all adults and children need to remove outdoor shoes and wear socks in the play areas. Spare socks can be purchased at the centre if you forget on the day.

Q: My child really likes a particular toy, where can I get it from?

We sell a range of the toys from the centre in our role play shop.  If we don’t have your child’s favourite toy in stock we can get it for you, or advise you where we purchased it so you can get one for at home!

Q: Can I leave my buggy / belongings at the centre while I play?

A: Yes you can in designated buggy areas, however Tiny Treasure Town can accept no respondsibility for any losses of property.

Q: Are there chairs for adults?

A: Yes!

Q: Are the staff trained?

A: Yes all of our team are subject to enhanced DBS checks and First Aid training.

Q: Can I take photographs?

A: Yes, You can take photographs of your own children - Please avoid taking pictures that include other children.Any pictures taken must be for your own personal viewing and should not be shared on social media platforms.
